Has worked as a legal assistant/intake specialist for almost 2 years with IBF Law Group.
Worked in the customer service industry for +12 years as an Agent, Quality Analyst, Trainer, Team Lead, Interpreter, etcetera; Western Union, MoneyGram, Cash App, NetSpend, Lyft, Fitbit, and LanguageLine Solutions are some of the companies he has collaborated with.
