Nurys Marciel Batista Luis, graduated from the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD) with a Bachelor's degree in Law in the Dominican Republic.

She is a legal assistant with experience in managing organizational and administrative tasks at IBF Law Group. She is fluent in three languages: Spanish, English, and Creole.

Additionally, she has an extensive experience in the following roles:

Child Protection Manager at Compassion International DR-0314 for over 5 years.
Legal Consultant at the Center for Sustainable Development (CEDESO), providing support to Dominicans denationalized by Ruling 168-13 for over 5 years.
Coordinator of the information program for the regularization of foreigners in the municipality of Tamayo (IOM/UNHCR) for 2 years.
